Assistant Area Sales Manager-East China  销售经理－华东区

Main Responsibilities:

·        Realize sales, volume and profit targets;

·        Develop and maintain regular contact and proactive relationship with existing and potential customers in order to identify and realize sales opportunities and to maximize sales and profits

·        Implement marketing & customer strategies

·        Take relevant sales decisions

·        Manage customer portfolio (may include responsibility for key accounts)

·        Analyze competitor and market activities and react adequately

• Ensure collection of account receivable
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum  3 years sales and management experience in Polyurethanes business, [namely industries PU RIM/ solid casting system, imitation wood, molded foam or integral skin foam]
  
  
  
• University graduate in Chemical, Polymer, Marketing, or Commercial
  
  
  
• High willingness to travel
  
  
  
• Very good communication, interpersonal & marketing skills
  
  
  
• Good skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin/ MS office skills
  
  
  
• Self-motivated, initiative and highly team-oriented that can work independently
