Main Responsibilities:

•    To provide different kinds of technical support to our (existing/potential) customers to ensure that the developed system is applied at the customer under the best possible conditions resulting in the best performance of the foam systems on the customer lines so that our materials can be used to benefit the customer.
•    To check the technical parameters and specification at customer’s site by on site control of production equipment and parameters to ensure that all technical frame parameters for the development of a foam system are known beforehand, in order to ensure that development time is reduced and the target for the development is set correctly.
•    To build and keep trustful relations with key persons of customers in order to increase knowledge about the customer and leverage on the gained knowledge
•    To define right level of technical support for customers (together with MU) so that budgeted marketing cost level will not be exceeded.
•    To set the premises and targets for Technical Support for Polyurethane systems for TI for the APAC region with focus on China, and for support within the region
•    To monitor industry and materials for TI in order to identify new trends which may have influence on our products at earliest possible stage 
•    To supervise and guide the technical support & polyurethane system solution development for TI by helping in the selection of the most suitable approach.
